Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item isn't what you expected, you can return it.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, simply place it in a small sturdy box and ship it via USPS First Class with tracking/insurance, send your item to Copper Torch LLC, PO Box 3912, Cedar Hill, TX 75106. Send the tracking information to sales@tribalwavessilver.com with your name and original order number.
USPS is a third party. If you are shipping a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RefundsÂ
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Rejections occur when the item is not in new condition.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
There is often some bank processing time before a refund is posted. It may take 5 business days to see the refund post to your account.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sales items can be returned and refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are treated like refunds. You may order a different ring at any time during the refund process.
